Galatek Technologies recently participated in SEMICON Taiwan 2026 under the Malaysian Pavilion, marking another important milestone in our journey to strengthen our presence within the global semiconductor ecosystem.
The event provided an opportunity for our team to connect with industry professionals, potential partners and fellow innovators from across the semiconductor value chain, while introducing Galatek Technologies and our growing capabilities in semiconductor manufacturing technologies.
Our participation at SEMICON Taiwan also came shortly after another significant milestone for the company—the opening of our Penang Global Manufacturing & Delivery Hub in Malaysia.
Together, these developments represent important steps in Galatek Technologies' continued growth across the region.
Connecting with the Global Semiconductor Community
SEMICON Taiwan brought together companies and professionals from across the global semiconductor industry, creating valuable opportunities for conversations, knowledge sharing and collaboration.
Throughout the event, our team had the opportunity to introduce Galatek Technologies and share more about our semiconductor capabilities, spanning areas such as wafer processing and inspection, advanced packaging and metrology.

Representing Malaysia on the Global Stage
One of the highlights of our participation was exhibiting under the Malaysian Pavilion.
Malaysia plays an important role in the global semiconductor supply chain and continues to strengthen its capabilities across manufacturing, assembly, testing and advanced packaging.
For Galatek Technologies, being part of the Malaysian Pavilion was particularly meaningful as we continue to build our presence and capabilities in the country.
Earlier this year, we officially opened our Penang Global Manufacturing & Delivery Hub, establishing an important foundation for our manufacturing and delivery operations in the region.
The facility supports the assembly, production and delivery of Galatek Technologies' equipment, while enabling us to further develop our engineering, manufacturing and supply chain capabilities in Malaysia.
Our participation at SEMICON Taiwan was therefore a natural extension of this journey—bringing Galatek Technologies from our growing operational base in Penang to one of the world's leading semiconductor industry platforms.
Building Connections Across Asia's Semiconductor Ecosystem
With our headquarters and R&D capabilities based in Singapore and our manufacturing and delivery operations in Penang, Galatek Technologies is building a stronger regional platform that connects innovation, technology development and manufacturing.
At the same time, events such as SEMICON Taiwan provide an important opportunity to build connections beyond Southeast Asia.
